Turn more inquiries into booked jobs.

The customer journey

From first contact to a confirmed appointment.

Customers get a clear next step. Your team gets the details it needs, in the tools it already uses.

01

A customer reaches out

Your site asks for the useful details and sends the inquiry into your intake process.

02

They hear back promptly

An automatic acknowledgment confirms the request and explains what happens next.

03

The estimate gets booked

Customers choose a supported open slot, or your team confirms a preferred time in its current scheduling tool.

04

Follow-up stays on track

Unbooked inquiries get follow-up. Supported confirmations and reminders help booked customers show up.

Built around your business

Your appointments stay in the system your team uses.

All real jobs and blocked times live in your scheduling tool. When its online booking fits your work, customers can select an available estimate slot and the appointment appears there.

For complex dispatch or qualification, customers request preferred times and your staff confirms the appointment. Either way, there is one place for your team to see the schedule.

The practical details

Questions before you get started?

Can this work with Jobber?

Often, yes. We start with the client's current platform and its native booking tools. The exact flow depends on the plan, features, and business rules available in that account.

Do you use AI?

The core system does not need it. Predictable intake, notifications, scheduling, and follow-up are usually better handled with clear rules.

Will it send text reminders?

Where the selected platform supports them, the base plan includes a confirmation and up to two reminders through its supported channels. Message charges and consent requirements belong to the client's account.

Can customers cancel?

We make it clear how to notify the business. Automatic cancellation and slot release are included only when the platform supports them or a tested integration is separately scoped.

Does it give customers a job quote?

No. It books an estimate or service call. Fixed-price ranges and quote tools can be added separately when the pricing rules are clear and approved.
